The Dummy Shoppe - At The Dummy Shoppe - Puppets by JET, we consider it our Mission to work with each of our Vent friends, both old friends and the new ones we have not yet met, to create characters that will give each Vent something special and memorable for their act. We want each of our friends to have unique puppets that set them apart from all other Vents, so that when they perform, the audience knows ahead of time that they are in for a special entertaining treat. Dummy Depot - Das Dummy Depot wurde 1983 von Captain
Dick Wightman in Seattle gegründet. Seit 1998 gibt es das Deutsche Dummy Depot, seit 1999 ist es in Münster. Es ist ein Service, kein Geschäft, und hat die Aufgabe, Bauchrednerpuppen vorübergehend zu beherbergen und zu verhindern, dass sie weit unter Preis verkauft werden müssen (oder weit über Preis)... Wir kaufen und verkaufen neue und gebrauchte Bauchrednerpuppen.
Im Dummy Depot finden sich vor allem hochwertige Puppen oder Einzel- und Sammlerstücke.
Die einzigen neuen Puppen, mit denen wir handeln, sind die von Axtell Expressions www.axtell.com. Für diese Firma ist Stevo als Händler registriert.
Einen gedruckten Katalog gibt es nicht, dafür wird die Webseite immer aktuell gehalten und zeigt an, welche Puppen zum Verkauf stehen.
Auch gibt es den "Goldstandard" der Bauchrednerkurse, den Maher-Kurs, für 100 €.
